Headphones Function Operation Instructions
- Power on: Long press the function key for 3 seconds
- Shutdown: Long press the function key for 6 seconds
- Answer/end: Click the function key
- Reject incoming calls: Hold down the multifunctionkey for 1.5 seconds
- Pause/Play: Double click the function key
- Previous song: Three click function key (random)
- Next song: Three click function key (random)
- Volume+: Long press the function key for 1.5 seconds(random)to increase the volume by one grid
- Volume -: Press and hold the function key for 1.5seconds(ran-dom)to decrease the volume by one grid
- Voice assistant: Press the L/R function key four timesActivate Siri
- Game mode: Press the L/R function key five times to switchbetween the twoGame mode/Music mode
- Factory reset: Six click function button (clear pairing record)hennot connected to the phone during operation
Headphones Connection Pairing Operation
When the earphone charging case is taken out andautomatically turned on, the traffic light fashes alternately,and the device search begins as shown in the following figure
Charging State Indication
- When the charging case is fully charged, it shows 100% and 0.00indicates low battery, which needs to be charged.
- When charging the charging case, the display screen shows thebattery level, and when it is fully charged, it shows 100%.
- When the charging case is charging the earphones, theearphones light up red and the charging case displays battery level.
- When the earphones are low, a prompt (beep sound) indicateslow battery.
Q: What should I do if the earphones doesn’t connect to my device?
A: Please delete the connection record and reconnect it with the mobile phone.
Q: What should I do if one earbud have no sound while the other one is normal?
A: Please place the earphones back to the charging case, then open the case and reconnect it to the mobile phone. If it doesn’t work, please reset the earphones and try again.
Q: Can I get a free sample to evaluate the quality?
A: Yes, you can get a free sample without a customized logo. Just tell us your freight collect account like DHL, FedEx, TNT, vesaire. If you don’t have an account, we will need to charge the express cost.
Q: How long do you need to prepare the samples?
A: Normally, we need to spend 1-3 days preparing samples without customization requests.
Q: Can l brand the items with our own logo/Brand?
A: Welcome OEM and ODM.

A: POLICY 1: Within 1 year, the product’s damages not caused by misuse or vandalism, we could repair it for free.
1) You send the defective piece to us by courier at your cost first, then we will give you a report to let you know what issue and how many could be repaired.
2) When you have repeated orders, the materials of defective goods could be ordered with mass goods together. and then repair them and ship with current order together.
